you own a Meilink safe that has a problem, call 1-800-452-4655
and speak to one of our Technical Service Representatives.
Our Technicians are thoroughly trained and can often provide
solutions over the phone. Our phones are staffed 8 a.m. to
8 p.m. (E.T.), Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday and holidays. During off hours, messages may be left
and a technician will return the call within minutes. If you
leave voice mail for a specific technician, it may be longer
before the call is returned. When leaving messages, please
be sure to include your complete phone number with area code.
Obtaining
Warranty Service
To
obtain warranty repair service for your Meilink product you
MUST call our Technical Service team. Our factory technicians
will ask you a few questions (Serial Number is required) and
will dispatch a qualified field technician in your area. In
most cases the local service agent will be at your location
within 24 hours.
If
your product is out of warranty, we will still service your
safe. Just give us a call.
